Easter Reflection

Well lets see. I've learnt that having a help desk that can't change passowrds isnt very useful. I've also learnt that building a computer is great except the waiting for the one part you need for it to work to come and about how to deal with customers.

I'm not really sure about anything specific just a better genreal undestanding would be good.
